congressional districts
Yes of course congressmen should have to live in the district they represent. It would not make sense if they did not. They would not know what the issues or what was going on in that district. They have to live in the districts they represent in order to do the best job they can. Otherwise people from New York could run California. Which does not work because they do not know what we want or the current issues.

I agree. the member needs to live in the community they are representing. they need to be fully in tune with what is going in there district and getting involved in order to ensure everything goes smoothly.
